The Founders' Award

Created to recognize those Arrowmen who have given outstanding service to their lodge, this award is reserved for an arrowman who demonstrates that he memorializes in his day-to-day life the spirit of achievement as described by founder, E. Urner Goodman.  The Founders' Award consists of a handsome bronze medallion which reads: "For he who serves his fellow is, of all his fellows, greatest."  The number of awards a lodge may present each year is based upon lodge membership.
