Lodge Flap Design Contest (posted 4/17/09)
The lodge consolidation committee announced that our new lodge's first lodge flap will be decided by a design contest. All designs must be into the council office by 7/19/09. (Details)
Chapel Restoration Project (posted 4/9/09)
Kishkakon Lodge will undertake the restoration and improvement of the Chapel at Camp Warren Levis. This will include a complete rebuild of the chapel roof with enhancements to the area covered, an expansion of the seating area, and a barrier-free entrance and seating area. A special lodge flap will be sold to help fund this project - review the design and order them in advance.
Lodge Consolidation (posted 3/17/09)
The youth-led lodge consolidation steering committee announced the name of the new lodge: Nisha Kittan, which means Two Great River Lodge. A fact sheet will be distributed at Spring Fellowship detailing decisions made by the consolidation steering committee. A flap design contest will officially begin at that time. Dates for upcoming events will be released once they have council approval.
Our new consolidated lodge will come together on October 1, 2009, and operate with dual leadership until the 2010 Fall Reunion. All positions will have a single officer following that event.

2009 Spring Fellowship (posted 2/14/09)
As some of you are now aware, the date for the 2009 Spring Fellowship has been finalized! It will be held on May 15th to 17th at Camp Sunnen in Potosi, MO. A mailing is being sent to all members, but you can read the letter and fill out the registration form here.
2009 Section C5-C Conclave (posted 2/11/09)
The 2009 Section C-5C Conclave will be held on September 25th through 27th at Camp Beaumont (near Six Flags, map). Kishkakon will take a contingent of 75 members, and over 1000 are expected to attend. This will be the very last event for "Kishkakon Lodge", and the last Section Conclave before realignment. Event cost is $30, and the registration form is available here.
